Ingredients
- 110 grams whole wheat flour
- 250 grams oats
- 200 ml soy milk or water
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 teaspoons ginger
- 100 grams raisins
- 100 grams chopped plums
- 100 grams shredded coconut flakes
- 1 grated apple
- 100 grams hazelnuts or 100 grams peanut butter
- Sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection).

In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, oats, and baking powder.

In a separate container, thoroughly mix soy milk or water, vegetable oil, cinnamon, and ginger.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms.

Add raisins, chopped plums, shredded coconut flakes, grated apple, and hazelnuts or peanut butter. Mix the dough well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Add sugar to taste and mix again.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a spoon, place small portions of the dough on the baking sheet and press them down slightly.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
